Here is a nice church cookbook from Central Lutheran Church in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota.
There is no date, but from the font, etc, this cookbook is newer--less than 20 years old. This wire bound cookbook is in lightly used condition with just a little wear and a few small stains on the back cover from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Could only find a few small splash marks.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Dips - Beverages, Bars, Breakfasts - Breads - Muffins, Cakes & Frostings, Cookies, Desserts & Pies, Kids & Candy, Casseroles - Meats -Soups, Crockpot & Microwave, Salads & Dressings, Scandinavian, (pages 163-174 with over 30 Swedish and Norwegian recipes you will love!) Vegetables, Canning & Freezing, This and That.
There is an average of 3-4 recipes per page with 187 pages. The recipes have the name of the contributing cook. A nice Minnesota church cookbook!
