Quick Easy Southern Living Cookbook
The cookbook measures 11 1/4 inches by 8 3/4 inches by 3/4 inch thick and contains 240 pages. This cookbook cover such topics as The Quick and Easy Kitchen - Organization is the Key, Cook Now-Serve Later, Take Stock (basic pantry ingredients and equipment to have on hand), Shortcut Strategies, there is a section on Quick Menus - of which include recipes for Mexican Brunch Pie, Fresh Fruit, Marmalade Coffee Cake, and Mexican. It then gives you a groceries needed list, equipment needed and the menu plan. This book is full of wonderful ideas.
