This is a hard bound copy of "The Italian Collection" compiled by Food & Wine Magazine published in 1997.
The cookbook is in lightly used condition with minimal wear to the covers edges from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A very nice copy!
