HEART OF THE PALMS: FAVORITE RECIPES OF THE PALM BEACHES
From the Junior League of Palm Beaches, this hard cover, spiral bound cookbook is a 1st printing from 1982 The cookbook is in used, but good condition with just a little wear to the tips of the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing, but the cook did mark favorite recipes by turning the top tip of a page so with 260 pages, there are about 15 dog eared corners. Few faint small splashes on the side of the book.
Chapters include: Hearts of Palm, Appetizers, Breads, Soups, Salads & Dressings, Seafood, Meats, Poultry, Cheese & Eggs, Vegetables, Desserts ( Pies, Cakes, Candy, Cookies), Tropical Fruit and Index.
