This comb bound cookbook is in used, but good condition with just some wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 96% free of any marks, stains or writing, but there are a few splashes and small notes about a few favorite recipes. But the cook marked the pages with their favorite recipes by turning over the top tip of the page making a dog-eared page. THIS was a favorite recipe book because there are about 30 pages (out of 309 pages in the cookbook) that have a dog-eared corner.
Chapters include: Homes & Menus, Appetizers, Soups, Breads, Meats, Eggs, Cheese, Vegetables, Fruits, Salads, Salad Dressings, Desserts, Beverages, Sauces, Pickles & Preserves.
There is an average of three recipes per page and these recipes are wonderful "from scratch" recipes.
