THIS copy is in used condition with wear to the covers from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 97% free of any marks, stains or writing--could only find some pencil writing on the first page with a dealer's cost for the book. It looks like the bottom of the book got a bit wet and a few pages stuck together and one page really stuck to another. Nothing sticks now, but not a perfect copy. Just a faint ripple at the bottom edges throughout the cookbook, but no marks or writing on the pages. Faint "stored in the attic" scent--not smoke.
The booklet has 96 pages.
