Here is a very hard to find soft cover cookbook that was sold through Dayton-Hudson Department stores throughout the Upper Midwest in the early 1990's.
This copy is very nice condition for its age with the exception of the painted (white) wire spiral spine. For whatever reason, when this paint was exposed to moisture in the kitchen, the paint peeled and flaked. In the last 20+ years I've only found two of these cookbook that wasn't effected with this flaw.
Otherwise, the front and back covers show minimal wear from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.

Each recipe is attributed to the contributor and his/her particular store and then the recipes were taste tested and judged so you know only the very best recipes were published and they are delicious! A rare treat for anyone who likes to share their cooking with others--as in POTLUCK!
