Here is a unique cookbook that is both in English and Indonesian from Jakarta Indonesia Circa 1989 ~ Compiled by the American Women's Association Of Indonesia, the cookbook is titled... FOODS GALORE Dual Language Cookbook
This comb bound cookbook is in used, but good condition with some wear to the covers edges and a crease on the back cover. Also on the back cover, the covers holes--where it meet the plastic comb spine--shows wear and there is a small tear at the top of the page. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. There are tabs that are on the side of the book that show a little wear because they stick out too far, but not too bad.
What makes this cookbook so interesting is that the ENGLISH recipes are on the LEFT side of the page and the INDONESIAN recipe on the right side. 371 pages including index. Chapters include: Special Helps, Party Food, Breads, Cakes-Cookies-Pies, Desserts, Entrees, Indonesian, Salads, Soups, Vegetables, Etc.
