This vintage cookbook in very good condition with just a little wear to the cover and back cover edge-- but it could be a printing error because the covers are in very good condition. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. This book has some pictures, illustrations and fantastic recipes. Some of the chapters include: Cakes, Frostings and Fillings, Cookies, Pastry & Pies, Custards, Puddings, Pancakes, Fritters, Refrigerator Desserts, Frozen Desserts, Sauces and Index.
Published by Culinary Arts Institute, 1955. There are 68 pages.
