Here is a nice comb bound cookbook compiled by the employees of the Sioux Valley Hospital and the New Ulm Medical Clinic from 1992. This cookbook is in lightly read and used condition with just a little wear at the edges of the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Pickles - Relishes, Soups - Salads - Vegetables, Main Dishes, Breads - Rolls - Pastries, Cakes - Cookies - Desserts, Candy, Preserves, and Jelly, Beverages and a bit more!
There is an average of 4 recipes per page with 138 pages PLUS more with information about kitchen hints, etc.
