Here is a great church cookbook from Minnesota titled... Discovery of a New Dish Cookbook. Instead of just ONE church, it is a collection of recipes from Catholic churches in Stillwater, Hugo, Bayport, and Lake Elmo. There is no date in the cookbook, but I would say that it is from the late 1970's or early 1980's.
It is the only cookbook that I've seen for recipes for Balloon Wine, Dandelion Wine, Elderberry Blossom Wine, Tingle Bells Punch, Beet Wine, PLUS GREAT bread recipes!
The cookbook is in lightly used condition with just a little wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Beverages, Cakes, Desserts, Fish, Meat, Vegetables, Salads, Soups and Sauces. There is an average of 4 recipes per page with 119 pages--no index.
