Here is a fun vintage (circa 1951) cookbook published by Carnation --the greatest name in milk (so says the introduction.) This soft cover cookbook is in nice condition for its age with just some wear at the edges from use and re-shelving. A bit of discoloration on the right side of the front cover. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A very nice copy for its age!
Mary Blake was in the Home Service Department of Carnation Company in the late 1940's and early 1950's. With 95 pages, it covers all types of foods with great beginner and intermediate recipes.
