Here is a great church cookbook from the Women of the Immanuel Lutheran Church from Crosby Minnesota (MN) dated 1974 titled... By His Hand. This comb bound, soft cover cookbook is in very lightly used condition for its age with just a little wear and faint stains to the front cover--back cover is great. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A few pages--less than 10 pages out of over 200--have a dog-eared corner from a favorite recipe.
Chapters include: Traditional Foods (since it is in Minnesota, it is Swedish and Norwegian recipes - pages 1-17, Appetizers & Dips, Bars, Beverages, Breads (Quick), Breads (Yeast), Cakes & Frostings, Candies, Casseroles, Cookies, Desserts, Meats & Sauces, Pickles & Preserves, Pies, Salads & Dressings, Sandwiches, Vegetables and Misc.
There is an average of two recipes per page and there are 207 pages.
