Here is a wonderful copy of the very hard to find cookbook titled... Torsk to Tofu compiled by the Augsburg College Alumni Association, circa 1984. This wire bound, soft cover cookbook is in very good condiiton with minimal wear to the covers from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Snacks, Beverages, Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Bars, Desserts, Main Dishes (including Pasta, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Fish, Eggs/Cheese), Salads & Dressings, Sandwiches, Soups, Sweets/Sours, Vegetables, Contributors. There are 255 pages including index with an average of 2-3 recipes per page. A rare cookbook! (Just check Google shopping for the other copy!)
