Here is a hard to find Norwegian cookbook titled... Ekte Norsk Mat (Authentic Norwegian Cooking) Cookbook by Astrid Scott
This comb bound cookbook looks like it is a 1st Edition from 1975 and is in used, but very good condition with just some wear to the edges of the front and back covers--specifically the back cover bottom edge from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 97% free of any marks, stains or writing. I found a few splash stains--very small--in the beginning of the book. The tips of the covers and pages at the top and bottom of the book have a bend to them again, from re-shelving. The chapter tabs stick out making them prone to bending. Again, the book has been lovingly used. It's not perfect, but still very good for its age.
