Here is a fun vintage cookbook from 1967 titled.... Complete Book of Mexican Cooking. This cookbook was written by Elisabeth Lambert Ortiz and has over 300 recipes. Originally published in 1965, this is the Book Club Edition from 1967 with dust jacket.
The dust jacket shows some wear and a few small tears at the edges, but still nice and bright., INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing - I couldn't find anything.
Written by an expert in the Mexican kitchen who was a member of the U.S. Embassy in Mexico.
