Here's a great deal on a copy of the classic cookbook titled... AMERICAN WOMAN'S COOKBOOK Edited and Revised by Ruth Berolzheimer, Director, Culinary Arts Institute This famous cookbook was originally published in 1938 and this new and revised edition is dated 1967. It measures 5 1/2 inches wide by just over 8 inches tall with 856 pages including index. The book is in used--but good condition for its age, but please read the whole description and see the pictures!
The cover shows just light wear from use and re-shelving. Some wear at the bottom edge of the spine and the cloth covering the spine and there is a crack at the bottom edge where the spine meets the front cover. The 4 corners of the covers show wear. INSIDE, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
