This hard cover cookbook with dust jacket is in good to average used condition with just a little wear to the dj from use and re-shelving. Tips of the front and back covers show some rubbing. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Found a few faint splash marks.

And a very hard to find soft cover cookbook from 1983 titled... Indian Cooking by Khalid Aziz (1983) - Paperback - 192 pages - ISBN 0399508422
This cookbook is in very lightly used condition for its age with just a little wear at the top and bottom edges of the front and back covers and spine from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Surveys the basic ingredients of the food of India and provides recipes for traditional Indian breads, main courses, vegetable dishes, snacks, and desserts.
