Here is a hard to find soft cover, comb bound cookbook titled... Virginia Cookery Past And Present Cookbook compiled by the Woman's Auxiliary of Olivet Episcopal Church Fanconia, Virginia This copy is the 6th Edition from 1974.
This soft cover cookbook is in good used condition for its age. What you need to know is that the spine towards the bottom there is a piece missing (see pic--and the picture of the cover is the correct color of the cover) otherwise the covers are in good shape with just a little wear to the edges from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Includes a manuscript cook book of the Lee and Washington families published for the first time. For 100 years, Olivet Episcopal Church was sustained by a small devoted group who, without a resident rector, and with no resources but hard work and ingenuity, kept the doors of the church open. Under the leadership of the Rev. Charles E. Karsten Jr., a new church was built to meet the needs of a greatly enlarged community.
