Here's another one of my favorite vintage cookbooks featuring Chinese cuisine! This little cookbook is titled... Recipes from the East by Irma Walker Ross.
The book Is a Sixth printing from 1959 and Is In overall very good condition. The cookbook measures 5 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches tall with 91 pages. There is just a little kitchen wear to the front and back covers from use, storage and age (see pics.) INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Recipes are from: Hawaii, Japan, Philippines, China, India, Russia, and all over. And some of the recipes Inside are for Hawaiian Pork, barbarian Duck, Sukiyaki, Fried Diced Chicken with Walnuts, Shrimp Foo Yung, and Much More.
I've only found this one copy in all my years of collecting!
