This book is in good used condition for its age with some wear to the dust jacket - a few creases and small tears along the edges, but small. Price on DJ clipped. First blank page (fly page - chocolate brown - has a stamp of name of the first owner of this book. Title page has an old book dealers price in pencil at the top of the page. Otherwise, the pages are at least 99% free of any other marks, stains or writing. A nice copy and a must have cookbook for any chef -home or professional!
