Here is a fun soft cover, comb bound cookbook that it titled... PORK ALWAYS TASTES GOOD ALWAYS IN GOOD TASTE compiled by Minnesota Porkettes (an auxiliary of the MN Pork Producers Association. There is no date in the book, but I would guess it is from the 1970's or 80's. )
This cookbook is in good used condition with some wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. Recipes have the name of the contributing cook. There are 72 pages PLUS some more with ads and the members of the PORK groups throughout the state of Minnesota. An average of 3 recipes per page. A great recipe book for lovers of the other white meat...YUMMY!
