Here is a rare find! A soft cover cookbook dated 1958 titled.... COUNTRY KITCHEN COOKERY and is made up of recipes contributed by Fremont County Women and published by Fremont County Farm Bureau Women's Committee.
This soft cover cookbook is in good used condition (see all the pics) with some faded stains to the front cover and some wear to the textured construction paper on the back cover. The plastic spine shows some kitchen soil and a bit of a price tag still sticking to the spine. A few light creases to the cover. Inside, the front cover the recipe corrections page is still attached! INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing! A great copy! There are 200 pages (no index - just a few ads) and there is an average of 4 recipes per page.
Chapters include: Appetizers, Breads, Cakes and Frostings, Candy, Canning, Cookies, Desserts, Diabetics, Drinks, Ice Cream, Meats, Pastry, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups, Vegetables, Young Cooks, Food for 50, Household Hints. HINT: They lived for LARD.
