Once again, a mystery parish that self-published cookbook in the late 1970's. This rare Polish Cookbook Church is titled... From Generation to Generation (z Pokolenia na Pokolenie) The cookbook is dedicated to members of St Casimir Parish. Thank goodness for Googling, because tracking down a few of the names, I found that the church is from St Paul Minnesota. (http://www.stcasimirchurch.org/)
The Altar and Rosary Society presidents listed are from 1976 and 1977.
This unique cookbook is bound by 2 rings and has textured construction paper covers which show wear an some stains and discoloration from storage. INSIDE, the first page has a tear at one of the rings. Other pages show just a little wear at the edges from use and re-shelving. There are 290 pages with no index and an average of two recipes per page.
The pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
