Here is another great church cookbook from Minnesota! This one is titled... COOKBOOK Church of St Joseph of Rice Lake. This soft cover recipe book has a spiral wire spine. The front and back covers show some wear - especially at the edges from use and re-shelving. A little kitchen dirt too. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
This is the 3rd edition from 1975 and there were only 500 copies!
Chapters include: Appetizers - Beverages - Outdoor Cookery, Breads - Pastries - Pies, Cakes - Frostings - Fillings - Sauces, Canning & Quantity Cooking, Casseroles and Lenten Dishes, Cookies - Bars - Candies, Desserts & Refrigerator Desserts, Meats - Poultry - Sandwiches, Vegetables - Salads & Dressings, Household Hints. There are 224 pages with no index and an average of 3 recipes per page.
