Here is a vintage, circa 1955 cookbook from Duluth Minnesota - specifically collected and published by the Home Economics (Ec) Club of the University of Minnesota (MN) Duluth Branch.
This soft cover cookbook is in good used condition for its age with some wear and light stains to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 97% free of marks, stains or writing. What makes this more interesting is that the recipes were typed out so it really is a 'old school' recipe collection -and then the pages were mimeographed so there are printing errors - ink stains, etc. An average of one or two recipes per page with the name of the contributing cook.
The cookbook is only 100 pages with no index.
