Here is a very hard to find soft cover cookbook titled... CAMBODIAN CUISINE by Demaz Tep Baker from 1999.
This comb bound cookbook is in good used condition with just some wear to the covers edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Spices and Sauces, Appetizers, Salads, Soup, Stir Fry / Curry, Fish / Grill, Pickles and Dessert. There are 56 pages plus a few more pages of information.
