Oh, the potato! Here is a great soft cover comb bound cookbook titled.. Hall's Potato Harvest Cookbook from the North Dakota Red River Valley and Minnesota and published 1993.
The cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Great history and pictures of the Hall family and stories about potatoes. The book has 304 pages including index with one recipe per page.
