If you are looking at this cookbook, you know about Ely Minnesota. This community cookbook was complied by the Ely-Bloomenson (Minnesota - MN) Community Hospital Auxiliary Volunteer Cookbook. Although there is no date, I would guess it's from the 1980's until the early 1990's. This soft cover comb bound cookbook is in good used condition with some visible wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
