Here is another great cookbook that is both a Junior League recipe collection and great Southern cuisine that is titled... Talk About Good Cookbook from the Junior League of Lafayette Louisiana. THIS copy is in good used condition for its age - it is the 11th printing from April of 1975 but read the whole description!
The front and back covers show wear, some rubbing and a few faint stains, more wear at the edges and tips of the front and back covers and spine from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. The chapter tabs show wear and creasing from use - the tabs are a little thicker paper. (See pics.)
If you don't have any Cajun recipes, or Junior league cookbooks, here is good place to start. With a whopping 449 pages PLUS huge index and an average of 3 recipes per page!
