Here is a great soft cover cookbook that has FRENCH CUISINE recipes in English titled... Ma Cuisine: D'aujourd'hui by JOHN F. DESMOND (Spiral-bound - 1984) Autographed!
This spiral comb bound cookbook has a long dedication and author's signature on the title page (see pics) and even a longer one on the last page which was blank. There are chapter dividers made out of heavier stock paper that sticks out a bit from the pages and shows just a little wear. The pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Basic Recipes, Appetizers, Main Courses, Vegetables and Desserts. There is one recipe per page with 81 pages that includes cooking information needed for these recipes because the measurements are in metric --great guide to convert to US measurements.
