Here is a great soft cover comb bound cookbook that was compiled by the LAWRENCE COUNTY Homemakers Extension Association in 1989. This cookbook is in very nice condition for its age with just a little wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Pickles - Relish, Soups - Salads - Dressings - Sauces, Main Dishes including Meat - Seafood - Poultry, Main Dishes including Eggs - Cheese - Pasta & Casseroles, Vegetables, Bread - Rolls- Pies - Pastries, Cakes - Cookies & Icings, Desserts, Candy - Jelly - Jam & Preserves Beverages and Misc. There are 150 pages PLUS index and pages of helpful hints. An average of 2-3 recipes per page.
