Here is a scarce hard cover copy of a vintage recipe collection titled.... Young America's Cook Book (Cookbook) A Cook Book for Boys and Girls Who Like Good Food by The Home Institute of the New York Herald Tribune published in 1938 and is probably a first edition with the letter "A" by itself.
There is some wear to the fabric that covers the front and back covers shows some wear at the edges and tips from use and re-shelving. Top front cover shows more wear having the board showing at the tip's edge. Top of book the pages has some faint splash micro dots, but nothing really shows on the pages. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A small bump to the bottom corner pages--not a crease, but a faint ridge like the book was dropped, but minimal. With 274 pages including index.
