Here is a soft cover, comb bound cookbook from 1970 titled... Cooking With Jan. Since 1967 Mrs Kistler wrote a column for THE REPORTER a newspaper published in Casselton each week primarily for rural Cass County of North Dakota.
This cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear and kitchen reside to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. With 96 pages. Chapters include: Breads, Cookies & Bars, Desserts - Cakes - Pies, Meats & Casseroles, Salads & Vegetables, Misc. There is an average of 3 recipes per page. Great “from scratch” recipes.
