Here is a great community cookbook from Jacksonville Florida titled... What’s Cooking Doc? This comb bound soft cover cookbook is a 3rd printing from 1976 (with the 1st printing from 1973.) This large cookbook has over 800 recipes
The cookbook is in good used condition for it age with some wear and creases to the front and back covers from reading and re-shelving. Back cover has a stain at the bottom edge (see pics.) INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Title page has the original owners name at the top of the page and there just a few pages that have a dog-eared corner marking a favorite recipe.
Chapters include: Beverages, Appetizers, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads & Salad Dressings, Breads, Eggs & Cheese, Seafood & Fish, Chicken - Turkey - Game, Meats - Beef - Lamb - Pork, Vegetables, Fruits, Desserts, Pies, Cakes & Icing, Cookies, Candy, Sauces, Gonzales Gourmet, VIP and Index. There is an average of 2 recipes per page and 557 PLUS pages of index!
