Here is a comb bound cookbook compiled by the Wishful Diggers Garden Club of Decatur, Alabama dated 1961. This soft cover recipe collection is in very lightly used condition with some wear to the covers from use and re-shelving--specifically the back cover top shows a very worn edge. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include chapters that give cooking information (over 20 pages) and recipe chapters that include... Appetizers - Pickles - Relish, Soups - Salads - Dressings - Sauces, Main Dishes (Meat, Seafood, Poultry), Main Dishes (Eggs, Cheese, Spaghetti and casserole), Vegetables, Bread - Rolls - Pastry, Cakes - Cookies - Pies - Icing, Desserts, Candy - Jelly - Jam - Preserves, Beverages and Misc. 90 pages of recipes plus index with the names of the contributing cooks and pages of ads from the community too!
