Here is a hard to find Polish Cookbook from the Culinary Arts Institute vintage 1978. This soft cover cookbook is in used (and loved) condition with some wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving--wear at the tips and a few small creases. INSIDE the first page has the name of the original owner of the cookbook, otherwise the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. 95 pages including index with an average of 3 recipes per page.
Supplies recipes for a wide variety of Polish foods, including appetizers, breads main courses, and desserts and provides menus for traditional Polish Easter and Christmas meals.
