Here is a great find! The famous Gundel's Hungarian Cookbook by Corvina Kiado. This hard cover copy from 1998 is in good used condition with minimal wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Hot & Cold Appetizers, Meat Dishes, Garnishes - Salads - Sauces, Desserts. With 135 pages - one recipe per page. A small cookbook packed with great classic Hungarian recipes
