Here is a hard cover, comb bound cookbook titled... GUTEN APPETIT.. From Amana Kitchens The Amana Preservation Foundation ~ Recipes old and new. This cookbook is a 6th printing from 1992 and shows just a bit of wear at the bottom tips of the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. There is some reside on a few of the first pages from a paper clip that had been on the page for years. NOTE: Each recipes is in brown ink and the signature of the contributing cook in blue ink----and every recipe has been signed and a few have notes.
