Here is a wonderful cookbook from Louisiana that should be in your cookbook collection if you enjoy Southern Food titled... RECIPES AND REMINISCENCES OF NEW ORLEANS.
Here is a comb bound cookbook from Old Ursuline Convent, Chartres Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. The front and back covers show some light wear at the edges and there is some foxing (aging of the paper) at the spine and edges of the covers along with faint stains and splashes (zoom in on pictures). The top ring of the plastic comb spine is broken, but no pages are loose. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
This is the 7th printing from 1980.
