Here is another Wisconsin church cookbook. This one is titled.. Favorite Recipes From Out Best Cooks compiled by the Women's Society of Christian Service of St Paul's United Methodist Church in Green Bay Wisconsin circa 1970.
This comb bound soft cover cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear to the covers from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. (Could only find a few recipes with a note about ingredients, a few underlined recipes for favorites, but minimal.)
Front of the cookbook filled with standard pages that were found in most cookbooks--basic kitchen information. The last half of the book is filled with the recipes and the name of the contributing cook for each recipe. Chapters include: Appetizers - Pickles - Relish, Soups - Salads - Dressings - Sauces, Main Dishes (Meat - Poultry - Seafood), Main Dishes (Egg, Cheese, Spaghetti and Casseroles), Vegetables, Bread - Rolls - Pies - Pastries, Cakes - Cookies - Icings, Desserts, Candy - Jelly - Jam - Preserves, Beverages and Misc. An average of two to three recipes per page and 89 pages of recipes PLUS index and again, the hints in the front of the book.
