Here is a very hard to find little cookbook titled.. COOK BOOK of Popular Norwegian Recipes Issued by the Ladies of the Auxiliary of the Decorah Lutheran Church and printed in Northfield, Minnesota in 1924!
The book has a hard cover (light weight) with some fraying around the edges from use, age and storage. Some spots, stains on the covers (see all the pictures--and the cookbook looks better in person than the pictures.) INSIDE there are also some spots and small stains on the title page and a few other pages - 95% of the pages are clean and free from stains and writing, but the pages do show foxing from age, but not too bad! It measures 5 1/4 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches tall. (Let the page load and click on FULL DESCRIPTION!)
Chapters include: Breads, Soups, Meats - Fish -etc, Gravies for Meat & Fish, Salads, Porridges, Puddings, Desserts, etc, Cakes. This small cookbook has 82 pages with an average of 4 recipes per page!
