This comb bound soft cover cookbook is a 3rd edition from 1975 and for its age, in very nice condition with just a little wear to the edges of the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. There is only a small embossed library mark (circle) on the title page: from the library of....you can't see it, but feel it.
Originally a self-published cookbook, LEBANESE CUISINE has become a publishing phenomenon so an this early copy is hard to find!
