You have to love community cookbooks! Here is a soft cover, comb bound cookbook compiled by the Jaycettes of Vermillion South Dakota -- printed in 1978.
The front and back covers show minimal wear for its age and INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. There are 149 pages including index with an average of 2-3 recipes per page and the name of the contributing cook.
