Here is a soft cover, comb bound cookbook from the Straub Auxiliary titled Favorite Recipes from 1981. This fun cookbook is in good used condition with some wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. Top ring of the comb spine (plastic) has broken - doesn't effect the cookbook. Recipe and page number written on the cover of the book. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Pickles - Relishes, Soups - Salads - Vegetables, Main Dishes, Bread - Rolls - Pastry, Cakes - Cookies - Desserts, Candy - Jelly - Preserves, Beverages and Misc. There are chapter tabs that show just a little wear from sticking out from the cookbook. There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page with the name of the contributing cook.
