Here is a soft cover cookbook from the North Dakota (ND) / Minnesota border (MN) specifically the Nora Lutheran Church in Gardner ND and their 120th Anniversary Cookbook from 1994.
This comb bound cookbook is in lightly used condition with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the first blank page has a small gift inscription-otherwise the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Appetizers - Dips - Beverages, Breads & Quick Breads, Salads, Soups - Sandwiches - Vegetables, Main Dishes, Bars - Cakes - Cookies - Candy - Snacks, Misc and Index. There are 200 pages with an average of 2-3 recipes per page and each recipe has the name of the contributing cook.
