This cookbook in in very good used condition with just a little wear to the covers from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. The wire spiral binder has a bit of bend to it, but it won't effect the book.
Chapters VIP and Legislative favorites (recipes), Appetizers, Breads, Brunches, Cakes and Cookies, Desserts, Entrees, Ethnic & Heritage (MANY different ethnic recipes including Swedish and Norwegian of course, Candy - Misc - Preserving, Pasta - Rice -Casseroles, Quick & Easy & Microwave, Salads, Soups, and Vegetables. There are 290 pages including index and with pages with recipes, there is an average of 3 recipes per page.
Throughout the book there are historic pictures of South Dakota's history.
