This cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear to the edges of the covers from use and re-shelving. Inside the front cover there is some wear from a piece of paper taped to the paper and removed. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Title page had pages of recipes in pencil written down and erased.
