Here is a great 3 ring binder cookbook from Jamestown, New York titled.. .GIVE US THIS DAY from the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. This is a 2nd edition from 1974 with only 2,300 copies.
This plastic covered cookbook is in very nice condition for its age with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
