This package comes with patterns and instructions for 6 costumes that are seen in the picture. This comes with all 4 sizes from x-small--11 inches, small--16 inches, medium---21 inches and large--26 inches.

The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope shows only minimal wear from storage. Pattern retails for $15.95.
